RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
· Returns are allowed within 30 days from the day of purchase. Returning item(s) must be unopened, with sealing sticker unbroken, in new condition with all packages undamaged. Please send return request email within these 30 days to cs@funnyfishdesign.com including your name, order number and reason for a return authorization. If requesting an exchange, please also include your mailing address. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
· If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. The exchange will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only unless damaged is made to the item itself. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
· For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please use a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
